My girlfriend just went through the PEPC interview for Air Traffic Control, and it was a full day, but she said it was a great process!
She like journaling and was writing down all of the questions they asked. I got permission to share them here, bcs I know they'll be super usefull for ppl who are preparing for an interview for the similar position.

They focused a lot on behavioral stuff:
She said the best advice is to have solid examples ready for those behavioral questions, cause it really makes you look prepared.
She's starting the Academy soon! Good luck to anyone else going through it.

Here are the interview questions (Prepare for These!)
They focused a lot on behavioral stuff:
- "Tell me about yourself."
- "How did you prepare?"
- Stories about teamwork under stress (succeeded and failed).
- Stories about personal stressful situations (succeeded and failed).
- Why she wants to be an ATC, what qualities she has, and where she sees her career going.
- Interest in ATC and how she feels about shift work.
- "Anything else we should know?" and "Do you have any coping mechanisms?"
- They also asked if she had any actual controller experience outside of CTI school.
