SAIC Casual RPO Questions

Hey everyone! My colleagues and I were just looking at this SAIC listing in the US for a Casual Remote Pilot Operator, and we're kind of curious about it. We had a few questions pop up, wondering if anyone here has any insight:

• So, the job description seems pretty straightforward, like just a sim operator gig. Are we missing anything, or is there more to it than that?
• How do they actually define part time for these casual roles? Is it like a few hours a week, pretty consistent, or totally random as needed? That would make a big difference for us.
• We've noticed this listing seems to pop up pretty often. Does that mean people move up from it, or are folks just moving on quickly?
• What's the pay like for a Casual RPO? Is it hourly? What's the typical range?
• What's the overall work environment like there? Is it pretty chill, or super intense? How big is the team you'd be working with?
• And finally, for anyone who's done this or knows about it, is there any real advantage to being a current pilot for this role?

Yea its mostly a sim operator role , pretty straightforward. "Casual" usually means the hours are as-needed, so it can be hit or miss week to week. The job popping up a lot could mean people move on quickly or they just need a lot of coverage. Pay is usually hourly, around $20-$30 depending on experience. The work environment is generally laidback, and the teams are small. Being a current pilot isnt required, but it can help you get the hang of things quicker.
